Post-Pandemic Plans for Healthcare Survey

Dear CSS Members and Colleagues:

Enclosed is a Survey from Derek Haas the President of Avant-Garde Health (https://www.avantgardehealth.com).

This is a short survey designed to give insight into the “return to practice” in our work as Orthopedic Surgeons. Please take time to do this as we plan to share results with our group and also perhaps expand this to involve specialty societies. I just did it in about 40 seconds.
