Re: 8th Annual Codman Shoulder Society Meeting
Dear Colleagues:
It is my great pleasure to bring to you the 8th Annual Codman Shoulder Society Meeting. This year I chose to focus on topics that are relevant to both Orthopedic Surgeons and our orthopedic Industry colleagues. In fact, our mission is to promote collaboration and debate to identify opportunities for improving patient care.
I am very grateful to our excellent group of dynamic speakers and leaders who agreed to generously give their time and share insights with us. I am also grateful to Jim Esch & Leslie Lebitski of the San Diego Shoulder Institute for supporting our annual meeting.
The three topics I’ve chosen this year are:
1. Innovation, Entrepreneurism and Cultures allowing foster each of these.
2. Value-Based Healthcare
3. Career Development and Leadership.
I’d recommend viewing each session in separate blocks of time as there is so much useful wisdom and insight that you should digest this in smaller bites.
I hope you find this information useful and inspiring.
Best Regards,
Jon “JP” Warner MD
