Dear Colleagues: To all of you who don’t know “Buz”, he is one-of-a-kind, and that term might well have been invented for him. In my career he was woven into the fabric of my professional life as he mixed humor with all his wonderful presentations at AAOS and ASES. He is past President of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons.
