Sleep is Your Super Power
Dear CSS Members and Colleagues:
Enclosed is a great TED talk about something you probably take for granted and consider only on occasion, sleep. As it turns out, if you sleep > 8 hours, you are more creative and have better short term memory than if you sleep < 6hours. This is only one effect of sleep. The other impacts of sleep deprivation are a bit more concerning. You probably missed this as it is a TED TALK and certainly worth your attention.
