Surgeons and Administrators Co-creating Value

Please find enclosed an article by Robert Kaplan and colleagues which should be of interest. While the concepts of Surgeons and Administrators working together might seem similar to Cats and Dogs collaborating, everything happens in context of the current reality in which we live.
