Dear CSS Members and Colleagues:
As some of you may know I am currently at Harvard Business School and while I’ll have a lot to share later, this article was so impactful I felt it important to share with you all. Each of us is shaped by our past experiences and our ability to be introspective and learn from our successes and our failures. Indeed, the greatest leaders have a great capacity to be truly “Authentic”.
