The End of the Beginning

Dear CSS Members:

Remember Codman’s statement which is on our home page, “Show me something different for there is a chance of it being better.” Enclosed is a video which was sent to me as “Must watch macro view on how the world’s #1 venture capital firm thinks about the world and the future. While this takes a broad view of all the changes in the future when it comes to the marketplace, it also considers the potential in healthcare. Perhaps some of you want to think like entrepreneurs. Then to do so a good place to start is with the size of the market. I hope this might kindle a small flame and get you to ask as surgeons, “what if I did this?”
