Enclosed is the fourth of a five part series offered to Alumni of Harvard Business School. Today there were between 1000-2000 participants representing multiple business sectors and countries around the world. I have curated what I learned into the enclosed slides and Notes. This is, I believe, very relevant not just for what we face in the present, but the Post Covid-19 Structure and Culture we want to put in place for our organizations and practices. Not only is this available to all without copyright, but the last slide shows a link to access all the five parts of the HBS program inclusive of slide decks and video recordings with no need for sign in.
