Dear Colleagues:

The ICSES is the most important global meeting for Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons. As I near the end of my clinical career, I can honestly say this is high on my "bucket list" and I have been thinking about my message for some time. I promise to make it interesting and perhaps inspiring for those who want to channel their inner "innovator/entrepreneur" and do so while creating value for our patients. Codman was all of this and more. See you in Vancouver.

Best Regards,

Jon “JP” Warner MD
