I wanted to bring this to your attention if you missed it. We regularly debate the management of irreparable RCT and the strength of the literature is relatively weak in many circumstances. This presentation on Vumedi Presents the Neer Circle (of Experts) and uses the Delphi Process to provide insight into where we agree and disagree. This is much more impactful than reading many articles so I recommend the 15 minutes viewing time to be worthwhile.
